WellSpan Low Impact Full Body Interval Training Class

    Description: W.A.R.E welcomes you to join in WellSpan’s Low Impact Full Body Interval Training Class. The class will be a high energy, fun, full-body workout created to strengthen your muscles with a combination of short burst of low and high intensity exercise. This class is open to all fitness levels and if needed, modifications will be provided for the exercises. Participants will gain knowledge on simple exercise that can be done anywhere and proper equipment. The class will run for 30 minutes with a 15-minute Q&A discussion at the conclusion of the class. No equipment is needed to participate, just bring yourself and get ready to sweat!
