Section A: Guidelines

Information for the Ski Gram is informative and beneficial to employees and the communities HACC serves. It is a forum for important updates about projects and initiatives with collegewide impact. The outstanding work and accomplishments of our colleagues will be recognized and the implications to strategic goals or College values will be shared. Your Ski Gram contributions from all of HACC's campuses are welcome and encouraged. It is the intent of the Ski Gram to be another vehicle that will help keep the College community informed.

Submissions checklist:

• Submit your information well in advance if content is date-sensitive. Refer to the publication dates and submissions deadlines above.
• Relate items about accomplishments and successes of colleagues to strategic goals or college values.
• Proofread, make sure information is correct (names and titles spelled correctly, acronyms spelled out, etc.) and follow Associated Press style.
• Note that submissions with errors will be returned.
• Get answers to your questions by emailing PresidentSki@hacc.edu.

Photo instructions:

• Submit photos in a jpeg format, size 4x6-inches.
• Include photo caption information, including specific names and titles of the people and their position in the photo. (For example, John Smith, director, finance, first row, left.)
• Email photos and photo captions to PresidentSki@hacc.edu.
