Additional Fees

  • Application Fee (non-refundable) = $35.00
  • Independent Study Fee = $50.00
  • Official Transcript = $6.00 (as of April 1, 2014)
  • Private Music Lessons Fee = $300.00
  • Return Check Fee = $20.00 (All returned check payments must be made in cash, money order or by certified check. After the third check, all future payments must be in cash, money order or by certified check.)
  • Other miscellaneous fees (e.g. laboratory, liability, clinical experience, etc.) may be charged for certain courses. These fees vary by course and will be noted in the credit course schedule adjacent to the course information.

All Pennsylvania Residents not residing in one of the 22 Sponsored School Districts will pay the Non-Sponsored rate.

A student must reside in Pennsylvania for one year to qualify for the in-state tuition rate. A student may rebut this presumption with Convincing Evidence.

  • Students are responsible for requesting a change to their residency status.
  • A student may request their residency be updated by submitting a Residency Reclassification Petition to the Welcome Center at the campus they attend.
  • Residency change requests should be made prior to the start of a term. The deadline to request a change, is prior to the College's initial audit date or in general, at the conclusion of the third week of the term. Because the deadline varies by term, students should contact the Registration Office at the campus they attend to confirm the deadline (initial audit date).
  • Residency changes will not be made retroactive. If the deadline has passed, the residency change to in-state will become effective in the upcoming term.
