This system is efficient and secure. It is also designed to prevent fraud and ensure your queries are not flagged as spam.

If you need to submit paperwork or other documents, please:

  • Use the secure upload option under your Financial Aid Requirements section in the Financial Aid tab of the myHACC portal.
  • Email the documents to us directly at financialaid@hacc.edu.
     
Financial Aid 15-minute Zoom Appointments

Financial Aid will be participating in a training and development day on May 9th, therefore there will be no 15-minute Zoom appointments offered. Financial Aid 15-minute Zoom appointments will open Thursday, May 8th and close at 10am on Wednesday, May 14th. Appointments will resume Thursday, May 15th

Financial Aid support for current HACC students is available remotely via Zoom on Thursdays, from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. (15-minute timeslots). These sessions are designed to provide current HACC students with personalized assistance to address their financial aid needs in a convenient and accessible way.

To reserve a time, students must schedule an appointment through Navigate, accessible via their myHACC account. Appointment slots for the upcoming week become available at 10 a.m. on the Thursday before the meeting date and close at 2 p.m. the day before the appointment.

Example: For a meeting on May 15, 2025, appointment scheduling opens at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 8, 2025, and closes at 2 p.m. on May 14, 2025.
