Financial Aid Inquiries

If you have questions about any aspect of your financial aid, please visit our Frequently Asked Questions for common questions and how you might resolve issues independently, or submit an inquiry at Financial Aid Inquiry Form. Please note that to protect your data we will only send responses to inquiries to your HawkMail account.

  • Use the secure upload option under your Financial Aid Requirements section in the Financial Aid tab of the myHACC portal. 
     
Financial Aid 15-minute Zoom Appointments

Financial Aid support for current HACC students is available remotely via Zoom twice per week during the academic year, on Tuesdays and Fridays, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. (15-minute timeslots). These sessions are designed to provide students with personalized assistance to address financial aid questions in a convenient and accessible way.

**Summer Schedule (May 11 – August 7): Appointments will be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

To reserve a time, students must schedule an appointment through Navigate, accessible via their myHACC account. Appointment slots for the upcoming week become available at 10 a.m. one week prior to the appointment date and close at 2 p.m. the day before the appointment.

Example: For a meeting on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, appointment scheduling opens at 10 a.m. on March 3, 2026, and closes at 2 p.m. on March 9, 2025.

Example: For a meeting on Friday, March 13, 2026, appointment scheduling opens at 10 a.m. on March 6, 2026, and closes at 2 p.m. on March 12, 2025.
