Whether your goal is to manage your stress, become more mindful or increase your fitness level, you will find a class to meet your needs with HACC's Weekly Wellness Zoom Classes. Professional instructors will lead each class. Classes include Strength and Stretch, Circuit Workout, T'ai Chi and Yoga. All are welcome.
Join Ann Fields, HACC’s Yoga and Pilates adjunct, Thursdays @ noon. Strengthen your core, stretch out, decompress and help manage stress- all over your lunch hour.
