Healthcare Management - Associate in Applied Science (AAS) (3606)

Has the idea of a career in the healthcare industry always attracted you? If you naturally enjoy the business side of healthcare and have a passion for helping others, a career in medical practice management or medical office management may be the perfect fit for your interests and goals. HACC’s Healthcare Management program can be the way to get there.

After completing our two-year program and receiving your Associate in Applied Science degree, you’ll be prepared for entry-level management positions within the healthcare industry.  If pursuing a bachelor’s degree is of interest, then we can help you transfer your credits to a four-year school.

Healthcare professionals with an active credential and currently working in the field may qualify for the associate degree in health science. You can receive 30 credits toward graduation for the credential and receive a similar degree that requires fewer courses.

With our Healthcare Management program, you’ll embark on a career path that can lead to medical practice management or medical office management positions including:

  • Practitioner offices
  • Holistic health practices
  • Long-term care facilities
