With our Web Development and Design Certificate, you will gain the skills you need to be successful in the field right away! You are able to select electives from either Web Application Development or Interactive Web Media areas.

  • Web Application Development electives focus upon making creative content using rich media.
  • Interactive Web Media electives focus upon building interactive, data-driven websites and mobile applications.

 Throughout the program, you will: 

  • Design high quality webpages for a variety of uses
  • Publish websites with effective design and content for various platforms
  • Develop websites using modern standards for HyperText Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and JavaScript
  • Create interactive and multimedia content for Web use
  • Develop web applications and integrate server programming, databases and markup languages for both web and mobile applications

Our certificate program is designed to lead you into the workforce or towards the associate degree in Web Development and Design.  

When you complete your associate degree, you have options to continue and transfer credits to a four-year school.
