How long have you lived in the area?
Although my family and I live in Tennessee, I am very pleased to be serving as Interim Executive Director of the HACC Foundation. HACC enjoys a stellar reputation, and I have known of HACC for several years.

Why did you decide to become a member of the HACC Foundation Board?
Joining the HACC Foundation Board is an opportunity to use my skills and previous experiences to help more students, families, and communities benefit from a HACC education.

What is your professional background, including current employer and position?
Most recently, I served for 11 years on the Tennessee Technological University Foundation Board. I also have held appointments at the University of Arkansas, Washington University in St. Louis, and Hendrix College.

What are your hobbies and interests?
I enjoyed traveling, motorcycling, hiking, and learning about people and culture. My dream job would be to serve as U.S. Secretary of State.
