“I think a lot of people think of HACC as just a community college, but it’s so much more.”
When Celina Navarro graduates from HACC with her associate degree, she will be able to transfer easily to a program in chiropractic, dentistry, pharmacy, veterinary, physical therapy or other concentrations. HACC’s pre-health professions degree gives her great flexibility to pursue her interests and save money before attending a four-year school.
Plus, Celina said, “HACC is close to home, so the travel is easy and all the professors are amazing.”
Celina will likely be ahead of many of her peers when she transfers to another school, since she enrolled at HACC when she was a senior in high school.
“I loved everything HACC has to offer and the countless opportunities they have,” she said. “I think a lot of people think of HACC as just a community college, but it’s so much more.”
