Strategic Commitment 2: Retain Learners and Foster Completion
We are committed to positive relationships, effective processes, improved services and available resources that promote the retention of learners as they achieve their educational goals. We will increase graduation rates to 15% to align with the Council of Regional Accrediting Commissions guidelines.
“We are committed to guiding and supporting HACC’s students on their educational pathway. We provide programs that help students advance in their current career or begin anew. We provide support for learning experiences in and out of the class with dedicated faculty, advisors, and learning support.”

“The Office of Inclusion and Diversity will continue to work to create an inclusive environment for all learners. Creating an atmosphere of belonging enhances the wellbeing of HACC student and produces greater retention and outcomes.”
