SWITCH-A-ROO Interview Event:  Who Would You Hire?

In preparation for big games, coaches and athletes often "scout" their opponents by watching videos of them in game situations so that they can prepare plays and strategies to win.  Role-playing is a great way to expand one's learning and gain deeper insight which in turn can make us "more prepared" to handle situations because we have a broader perspective and get the bigger picture.

Do you ever wonder during the interview....."Is this a trick question?"  This activity will help you better gauge what information employers are really trying to gather in helping decide if you are a good fit for their team.  The purpose of this event is for students to gain greater insight into "what employers are looking for" during the interview process so that you're better equipped to "Play the Interview Game".

  • Dates:  Nov. 16 from noon-1 p.m. and Nov. 17 from 5-6 p.m.
