YORK, Pa. – HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, has cooked up an exciting collaboration with Auggie’s Joint in York Central Market.

For the entire month of October, Auggie’s Joint will feature the “El Presidente,” a burger designed by HACC’s president and CEO, Dan Lufkin, Ed.D.

A portion of the proceeds from the El Presidente burger will directly benefit students in HACC’s culinary programs:

• Culinary Arts - Associate in Applied Science
• Culinary Arts Catering - Certificate

HACC alumni and community members are invited to visit York Central Market to try the burger, meet Dr. Lufkin and enjoy HACC swag on Oct. 16, 2026, from noon-2  p.m..
