b. Only essential personnel from the Facilities and Real Estate Department and the Public Safety and Security Department should report to the Harrisburg Campus.
c. During this time, on-campus resources at the Harrisburg Campus will not be available.
d. Students can access the Welcome Center, financial aid, academic advising, career services, admissions and the bursar online or at another HACC campus.
e. All classes on March 5, 2026 (a spring break date), will be canceled, through distance education or moved to another location. Students with classes on this date should confer with their instructor.

Connoisseurs of history and the American Civil War should mark their calendars for an upcoming lecture by noted historian Dr. Gary Gallagher at the Harrisburg Campus of HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
Gary W. Gallagher, Ph.D., will offer a lecture on Saturday, March 25, 12-2:30 p.m. in the C. Ted Lick Wildwood Conference Center. Cost is $35 and includes lecture and buffet lunch.
Gallagher is a noted writer, lecturer, educator and historian. He will speak on "A Contested Historical Landscape: Understanding and Interpreting the Civil War."
Participants will have an opportunity to own a Dale Gallon framed print. Gallagher's books will be available as well as an opportunity for autograph.
