Guests gathered at the Lancaster Campus of Harrisburg Area Community College for a HACC Foundation donor appreciation event that included the unveiling of the D & E Library and Learning Center. Total contribution from the William and Jemima Brossman Charitable Foundation and D & E Communications to the Lancaster Educational Investment Campaign amounted to $200,000.

The Lancaster Campus Library and Learning Center houses a collection of more than 20,000 volumes, private study carrels with data hookups, as well as the campus' tutoring services and testing center.

The donor recognition event celebrated Phase I of the HACC Foundation's capital campaign that raised more than $870,000 in technology and equipment contributions for the Lancaster Campus. Details for Phase II of the campaign were also announced, which includes raising scholarship monies for Lancaster Campus students.
