The public is invited to discover the origins and traditions of Pennsylvania German heritage at the fifth annual Pennsylvania German Festival on Saturday, March 18, from 9am to 4pm at the Lebanon Campus of Harrisburg Area Community College in downtown Lebanon. The free festival will feature demonstrations of Pennsylvania German arts; speakers on Pennsylvania German history, genealogy, craftsmanship, literature, and language; music; activities for children; a quilt show; Pennsylvania German food; and drawings for door prizes. Admission is free; everyone is welcome.
