HARRISBURG, Pa. - On Nov. 20, 2025, HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, was notified that the Harrisburg Area Community College Education Association (HACCEA) - the union that represents the faculty - ratified the tentative collective bargaining agreement.

A ratified agreement means the union has officially approved a tentative collective bargaining agreement with the College through a formal vote of the membership.

The HACC Board of Trustees will review the collective bargaining agreement during its meeting on Dec. 2, 2025.

• The HACCEA is the union that represents the faculty employed by HACC.
• The Pennsylvania State Education Association (PSEA) is the organization that represents the faculty union (HACCEA). It does not employ HACC faculty.
