Orientation coordinator Arthur Sutton said that the agenda will include information about the college's student services, learning center and library resources. There will also be a panel discussion with current students and faculty, and an opportunity for the new students to ask questions. Sutton noted that students at previous orientation sessions have commented that "the atmosphere is relaxed and personable, the professors at Gettysburg - HACC care about student success and the orientation session relieved many of fears and anxieties about college."
The college is still taking registrations for spring classes, which begin January 12. The Gettysburg Campus also offers classes in Hanover, which begin January 24. To RSVP to the orientation session, or for more information about HACC, call 717-337-3855.

Almost 1400 students were enrolled at HACC's Gettysburg Campus for the fall 2004 semester.
