Collaborative leadership and effective human relationship management are two essential 21st century workplace skill sets. Understanding what drives our behavior and the behavior of others and how to successfully interact are powerful tools.
Participants will assess their personal pattern of behavior preferences using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, define 16 key patterns of behavior types and discuss how the patterns interact in the workplace, and define the four components of emotional intelligence and how emotional intelligence relates to conflict management.
Registration and information for this and other community education, professional development, and workforce training classes is available in HACC's Summer 2005 Noncredit Course Schedule, soon to hit area mailboxes. The schedule is also available by clicking on the Website below, or by calling (717) 338-1010.
