Aromatherapy and massage both are making the news as natural ways to reduce stress and become part of a wellness and personal care routine. Now the Lancaster Campus of Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) makes learning how easy with several classes.

For those wanting to explore the art of aromatherapy and essential oils, there's Essential Oils - Making Scents of Your Everyday Life offered on Monday, March 8, from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Participants will learn about incorporating essential oils into their everyday routine, as well as designing them for special needs and occasions. Participants will learn about the most common essential oils, as well as how to blend and add oils to body care products.

Stress Relief Through Massage will be offered on three Sundays, March 21-April 4, from 1-3 p.m. Participants will discover the healing power of touch. They will learn the benefits of massage, basic massage techniques, methods for relieving body aches and pains and methods for reducing stress and muscle tension. Participants should register with a partner and bring a blanket or mat to class.

These are just two of many Community Education courses offered at the Lancaster Campus of Harrisburg Area Community College located at 1641 Old Philadelphia Pike. Information may be obtained by calling (717) 358-2901 or accessing the Website below.
