In Our Own Back Yard, an exhibition of works by recipients of the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts Individual Fellowship Award in 2002-2003 will be on exhibit at the Rose Lehrman Arts Center Gallery, on HACC's Harrisburg Campus, Tuesday, October 14 through Friday, November 19, 2004. The exhibit will include works in photography, crafts, mixed media, painting, works on paper, sculpture, music, performance, literature, folk art and media arts.

The mission of the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA) is to foster the excellence, diversity and vitality of the arts in Pennsylvania and to broaden the availability and appreciation of those arts throughout the state. The Fellowship Program of the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts supports outstanding Pennsylvania artists by awarding Fellowships for up to $10,000 in a variety of disciplines. The awards are considered unrestricted funds and are intended to assist artists in developing their career.

In Our Own Back Yard will run from Monday, Tuesday, October 14 to Friday, November 19, 2004. All Gallery events are free and open to the public. Hours: Monday - Friday, 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and during selected performances in the Arts Center. For information call 717/231-ROSE.
