The mission of the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA) is to foster the excellence, diversity and vitality of the arts in Pennsylvania and to broaden the availability and appreciation of those arts throughout the state. The Fellowship Program of the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts supports outstanding Pennsylvania artists by awarding Fellowships for up to $10,000 in a variety of disciplines. The awards are considered unrestricted funds and are intended to assist artists in developing their career.
