A Mediterranean cruise isn't in everyone's budget, but the Gettysburg Campus of Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) will offer a chance to taste the tantalizing foods of the region this spring.

HACC will offer a one-night class, Cruise the Mediterranean, on Tues., March 16 from 6-9 p.m at the New Oxford High School on Berlin Road, New Oxford.

Chef Carey Ehly will provide a tasteful tour of countries including Spain, Italy, Greece and others with dishes ranging from appetizers to desserts. Participants will learn how to prepare and taste an assortment of dishes including Paella, crème caramels and cannolis.

Registration is required by March 9.
