Nationwide Financial Challenges and Enrollment Declines

The decisions we are making at HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, are very challenging. Unfortunately, we are not alone. What we are experiencing at HACC is happening at higher-education institutions in Pennsylvania and throughout the United States.
