Welcome to the Student Awards Application!

Awards are offered on a limited basis to students meeting specific criteria. The awards are based on the criteria provided by donors.

Please note the following information:

  • Only the award designees are permitted to submit applications. The designees are listed below.
  • To ensure awarding will be possible, designees should contact HACCscholarships@hacc.edu to inquire about funding. The designee should make the contact at least 60 days before the funds will be needed and provide the amount of funding required.
  • Once the funding has been confirmed, the designee should complete the form below at least 30 days before the payment is needed. You are welcome to submit multiple students for the same fund on one form.
  • If the event date where the award is being presented is more than 30 days from the application submission date, you may request a date for processing the awards.
  • If the student meets the criteria, the award is placed directly on the student’s account. If the student has a balance due, the award funds will be applied toward the balance owed to HACC.
  • The award funds will be reported to all applicable government agencies in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Any balance available on the student account will be refunded to the student based on the refund options chosen for their student account.
