    Join in our Weekly Wellness Classes. All fitness levels are welcome! There are a variety of classes to choose from: energizing Cardio and Muscle Toning is being offered Tuesdays at 12:00pm. Gain more flexibility and balance with Yoga on Tuesdays at 5:00pm. Perform the peaceful movements of T'ai Chi to gain the benefits of exercise and mindfulness on Wednesdays at 12:00pm.
