Whether your goal is to manage your stress, become more mindful or increase your fitness level, you will find a class to meet your needs with HACC's Weekly Wellness Zoom Classes. Professional instructors will lead each class. Classes include Strength and Stretch, Circuit Workout, T'ai Chi and Yoga. All are welcome.
T’ai Chi with Juli McGreevy, Wednesdays @ noon, gives you the benefits of exercise without demanding more then you move. No special gear or going to a gym. Just you, comfortable clothes and shoes, and the movement!
