Date: Thursday April 28, 2022 (This event occurred in the past.)
Time: 3:30 PM
  • Description:

YOUR LGBTQ+ Student Union is hosting Queer Book Club at the end of April! LSU members invite YOU to read Meanwhile, Elsewhere: Science Fiction and Fantasy from Transgender Writers and engage in discussion about the book in an open meeting just like any other Book Club meeting! An ePUB or PDF copy of this book is available to all who are interested. Complete the registration form to sign up for Queer Book Club and get your copy of Meanwhile Elsewhere – REGISTRATION IS OPEN NOW!

The book is an anthology of 25 speculative short stories by a wide variety of trans writers. The stories are all over the speculative fiction map: horror, dystopian, alternate realities, mythical pasts, cyberpunk, and all variations of science fictional and fantastical futures. YOU DON'T HAVE TO READ ALL THE STORIES TO PARTICIPATE. You can pick and choose which stories you want to read. We want to hear from you whether you read one or 25 and anything in between!

    All are welcome.
Sponsored by the LGBTQ+ Student Union.
