    Join us all month long as we celebrate winning the war against breast cancer. In October we will honor a few resilient SHEro’s as they share their stories of how they overcame their battle with breast cancer. Don’t miss our first Shero, Janelle Heiserman, as she shares her story!

     

    Janelle Heiserman, HACC Assoc Dean, School of Sci/Math. At the age of 32, Janelle Heiserman was diagnosed with Stage IB invasive ductal carcinoma breast cancer. After a double mastectomy, four months of chemotherapy, and countless other surgeries she can happily say she is three years cancer-free!

    All are welcome.
