Student Involvement - Virtual Sleep Presentation
Tuesday, March 2, noon.Have you considered how important sleep is to your overall wellbeing? If you have, you know it is as important as exercise and proper nutrition. Sleep is often underestimated, even dismissed by people and health professionals. We are striving to change that and bring recognition of sleep health to the public and the health community. In recognition of National Sleep Awareness Month, join Rebecca Senft, Clinical Care Coordinator with WellSpan Sleep Services, to learn more information about sleep disorders, sleep testing, treatment for disorders, good sleep hygiene and recommendations for good sleep health.
