Please note that this announcement is for HACC’s Gettysburg Campus only.

HACC’s Gettysburg Campus is closed until 12:30 p.m. on Sept. 8, 2025. There is an electrical issue and no internet access at the Gettysburg Campus.

All classes that start before 12:30 p.m. are canceled. These cancellations include on-campus classes, on-campus labs, on-campus services and remote instruction classes.

Only essential HACC employees should report to work before 12:30 p.m. Essential employees are those required to perform critical tasks during a closure to (1) maintain critical services and (2) prepare the campuses for readiness.

All other employees do not need to work and are not required to use leave before 12:30 p.m. These employees’ scheduled meetings before 12:30 p.m. are canceled.

Career Services Virtual Drop-Ins
We offer a variety of services on a drop-in bases. Get answers to your career-related questions and learn why it is important to get connected to career services NOW!
We are here to:
- guide you as you explore majors and career fields
- help you learn what you can do with your major
- support you in identifying and pursuing professional growth opportunities
- assist you with cover letter, resume and/or LinkedIn profile development
- provide interviewing tips and job search assistance
Dates and Times:
- Wednesday, August 6 from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- Wednesday, September 10 from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- Wednesday, September 24 from 4:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.

As a reminder, Career Services Virtual Drop-ins are 15-20 minutes. A follow-up career appointment maybe necessary if topic requires more than 15-20 minutes.
