New Scholarship for Students at Midtown - The Edward R. Norford Foundation has established a new scholarship for students enrolled at HACC’s Midtown Trade and Technology Center.

Lancaster Nurses Celebrate Community Service - HACC’s Health Care Center has been providing care to Lancaster inner-city residents for 10 years. Attend an openhouse Oct. 16.

HACC Theatre Presents ‘Veronica’s Room’ - HACC Theatre will present the mystery thriller by “Rosemary’s Baby” author Ira Levin, Oct. 30-Nov. 2, 2014, at the Rose Lehrman Arts Center on the Harrisburg Campus.

Show your HACC pride for Spirit Day on Oct. 16. - Wear your HACC spirit-wear on the third Thursday of each month during the College's 50th anniversary year. The bookstores will offer 20 percent off HACC clothing Monday through Wednesday prior to each Spirit Day.

Visit ‘Sitting Still’ exhibit at Lancaster Campus - Sculptures by Zimra Beiner, a ceramics instructor at Millersville University, are on display through Oct. 29, 2014, in the Art Space in the East Building of the Lancaster Campus. Hours are Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

‘The Naturalist’ Runs through Nov. 14 - The Rose Lehrman Art Gallery on the Harrisburg Campus will exhibit drawings by David Moyer from Oct. 8 to Nov. 14. Moyer will deliver a lecture on Oct. 16 at 5:30 p.m. in Whitaker 214. The lecture will be followed by a gallery reception at 6:30 p.m.

Apply to be a student speaker at Commencement - The deadline to submit the application for the fall 2014 ceremony is Oct. 20, 2014, at 4:30 p.m.

Meditative art exhibit opens at Gettysburg Campus - Works by Lancaster County artist Claire Giblin will be on display in the main art hallway of HACC’s Gettysburg Campus through Oct. 22, 2014.
