Graduation recognizes the completion of all degree requirements as recorded on the official transcript. For details about graduation application deadlines and details, please view the information below.

*Students who apply past the application deadline will have their application moved to the next graduation term*
Please apply to graduate in the semester in which all of your degree requirements will be complete.

Graduation is processed three times per year:
If you complete your program during the winter session, you will be included with spring graduates. Once your degree is awarded, you will receive a letter of congratulations and your diploma in the mail approximately 4-6 weeks later.
To ensure there is no delay in receiving your diploma, please verify your address by visiting myHACC > Registration/Records > Student Records.
For immediate verification of your degree, you may request an official transcript. All transcripts must be requested through the National Student Clearinghouse. If you need help, contact record@hacc.edu or call the Registrar’s Office at (717) 780-2373.
All graduating students must verify that their accounts are paid in full. Access your student invoice by visiting myHACC > Registration/Records > Student Accounts/Bill Information. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full in order to receive your diploma. Please contact Cashiering with any questions.
