HARRISBURG, Pa. — HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, is proud to announce a new partnership with SCPa Works to support computer numerical control (CNC) machining training for 10 individuals, expanding access to in-demand technical skills and strengthening the region’s workforce pipeline.
Through this collaboration, participants will receive hands-on training in CNC machining, a critical skill in modern manufacturing. The program is designed to prepare individuals for high-growth careers by providing both technical instruction and real-world applications.

HACC, known for its commitment to workforce readiness and technical education, will deliver the training program. Students will learn foundational CNC machining competencies, safety practices and industry-recognized skills.
The sponsorship covers training costs for 10 individuals, which removes financial barriers and makes high-quality technical education more accessible. Sponsorship varies based on individual need and could include tuition, books and support services.
