High School Students

Do you want to start earning college credits while you are in high school?  HACC offers dual enrollment options for high school students looking to enhance their academic profile, save money on a future bachelor's degree or just get a jump start on life after graduation.

Depending on which dual enrollment option you select, you can earn college credit at your high school, at a HACC campus or online.

College in the High School (CHS) is when a student may earn college credit for HACC courses, taught by their high school instructors, at their high school during the school day.

Students may enroll in HACC courses to earn college credit while still in high school. Courses will be taught at a HACC campus or online.

Career and technical education (CTE) students at approved career and technical education centers may earn college credit for their career programs taught at their high school and continued at HACC.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Dual Enrollment and College in the High School (CHS) Application Process Webinar on Sept. 13. We appreciate your time and feedback. We encourage you to watch the recording, which includes how to complete an application and tips about the process. Thank you!
