The KEYS Program is a partnership between the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) and the Pennsylvania Commission for Community Colleges, designed to help students succeed in community college.
Harrisburg Campus – Whitaker 123 : Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Lancaster Campus – Main 327 : Monday-Thursday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. with select Friday office hours on: 9/19, 10/10, 11/21 and 12/5
Gettysburg and York Campus – By Appointment Only – please email keysprogram@hacc.edu to schedule a time to meet
*If you visit our office during these hours and no one is available or staff are with students, please contact keysprogram@hacc.edu for additional information or reference the resources placed outside each individual KEYS office.
Enrolled KEYS students will receive emails through Navigate to schedule an appointment with their facilitators. In addition, students can use their facilitator’s Navigate Availability link to schedule meetings.
Prospective KEYS students should direct their questions and appointment requests (including special requests outside of the posted campus hours) to keysprogram@hacc.edu or by calling 717-780-1181.
