Keystone Education Yields Success (KEYS) Program
The KEYS Program is a partnership between the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) and the Pennsylvania Commission for Community Colleges, designed to help students succeed in community college.

How KEYS Helps Students Succeed
KEYS supports students by building connections and removing barriers. Students receive:

KEYS gives students the support they need to stay on track and reach their goals.
Am I Eligible for KEYS?
You may qualify if you:
- Receive Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) benefits
- Receive Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits
- Are seeking education or training to improve job opportunities
Note: The County Assistance Office determines student eligibility.
