Please note that the above hours are offered only when classes are in session. When classes are not in session, the IT Support Center will be open Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

HACC provides wireless internet connectivity free of charge to our students and our campus community. You can access this network by connecting to the Wireless ID: haccopenwireless. There is no password or special keys needed to access this network, except for students at the Lebanon Campus. Students at the Lebanon Campus will be provided additional information when they attend New Student Orientation at the Lebanon Campus or they can stop by the campus IT department in room D303.
If for any reason you are unable to access HACC’s wireless network, please feel free to stop by any local campus IT office listed above.
