The KEYS Program is a partnership between the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) and the Pennsylvania Commission for Community Colleges, designed to help students succeed in community college.

Spring 2025 Semester Information

KEYS Staff Availability:

  • Staff are available Monday through Thursday at the Harrisburg, Lancaster and York campuses to meet with students.
  • Additional in-person meeting times can be arranged upon request.
  • Office Hours (8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)

Enrolled KEYS students will receive emails through Navigate to schedule an appointment with their facilitators. In addition, students can use their facilitator’s Navigate Availability link to schedule meetings.

Prospective KEYS students should direct their questions and appointment requests (including special requests outside of the posted campus hours) to keysprogram@hacc.edu or by calling 717-780-1181.

KEYS in person office hours vary by campus to meet the unique needs of enrolled KEYS students. As a result of our focus on serving and meeting students’ needs at all five campuses, walk-in services may not be available. We invite you to confirm on-campus availability prior to visiting without a scheduled appointment. If you visit our office during these hours and no one is available or staff are with students, please contact keysprogram@hacc.edu for additional information or reference the resources placed outside each individual KEYS office. Thank you.
