Coronavirus Information for Vendors, Tenants and Partners

HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, is monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely. This website is where we share HACC coronavirus communications, including our fall 2020 and spring 2021 announcement. Please check it frequently for updates.

The College campuses will remain closed through May 14, 2021. However, the College remains open with online classes and services for the fall and spring semesters. Only approved credit and Workforce Development programs with required hands-on/experiential components to meet learning outcomes will be permitted on-campus.

Please communicate with your current point of contact or email HACC’s Procurement Department for all routine or non-emergency issues.

If approved to come on campus, please fill out the online Wellness Screening form within 24 hours prior to each campus visit. Once the online form has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. Please proceed to the campus wellness station and show your email confirmation (printed or digital) to the wellness screener at one of the stations upon arrival each day. Masks are required for anyone on campus and must cover the mouth and nose. Social distancing is also required with at least 6 feet of distance between individuals.

We want to reassure you - as a valued vendor, tenant and/or partner – that safety is our top priority!

Thank you.

Campus access is limited to essential personnel and those involved in an approved credit or Workforce Development program through May 14, 2021. All inbound vendors for delivery, service or repair needs must contact Kathleen M. Brickner, executive director of facilities and real estate, at at least two business days prior to coming on campus. Please provide the following information when you email Ms. Brickner:

  • Your full name, company name and contact information
  • Your HACC point of contact’s name
  • Your purpose for coming to a HACC campus
  • The campus(es) you plan to visit
  • Date and time you plan to be on campus
