Coronavirus Information for Vendors, Tenants and Partners
HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, is monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely. This website is where we share HACC coronavirus communications, including campus closings, HACC event cancellations and class changes. Please check it frequently for updates.
The College is currently providing remote instruction and remote services. Please communicate with your current point of contact or email HACC’s Procurement Department for all routine or non-emergency issues.
We want to reassure you - as a valued vendor, tenant and/or partner – that safety is our top priority!
To meet Governor Wolf’s COVID-19 mandate, please wear masks and gloves on all HACC campuses.
All HACC campuses are closed, with students learning remotely and employees working remotely
Campus access is limited to essential personnel beginning March 19. All inbound vendors for delivery, service or repair needs must contact HACC Safety and Security at 717-780-2568 at least two business day(s) prior to coming on campus. HACC Safety and Security colleagues will alert your point of contact at each campus location. Please provide the following information when you call:
- Your full name, company name and contact information
- Your HACC point of contact’s name
- Your purpose for coming to a HACC campus
- The campus(es) you plan to visit
- Date and time you plan to be on campus
