Award Nomination Application

To complete a nomination for Bruce E. Cooper, Esq. Leadership Award, please complete the online application form below. Be sure to include your recommendation in the corresponding space provided. Nominations for the Bruce E. Cooper, Esq. Leadership Award must be completed as a single application. Award nomination applications will be reviewed by a committee, and nominees will receive communication via email from HACCscholarships@hacc.edu. Emailed documents will not be accepted, and incomplete applications will be disqualified.

Please note that HACC Cabinet members are not eligible to receive this award. If they are nominated, no action will be taken with the application.
