HARRISBURG, Pa. - HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, and the Harrisburg Area Community College Education Association (HACCEA) - the union that represents the faculty - held a nine-hour negotiation session on Nov. 13, 2025.

HACC’s negotiating team initially met with the mediators to outline possible ways for the College and the union to settle outstanding issues. The mediators met with the union and the College throughout the session. While significant progress was made between the parties, no tentative agreement was reached.

The next negotiation session is scheduled for Nov. 19, 2025, at 9:30 a.m.

The College looks forward to returning to the bargaining table.
