Gettysburg, PA – HACC alumna Dianne Brooks has been appointed to a full-time counseling position in student services at the Gettysburg Campus of HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College.
In her new role, Brooks will be primary advisor for students in allied health programs. In addition, she will teach a new human development course on career development and decision making.
Brooks previously was a program specialist, counselor in career services and an advisor at HACC’s Harrisburg Campus.
In addition to an associate degree in psychology from HACC, Brooks has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling/student personnel, both from Shippensburg University.
Brooks is a National Board Certified Counselor and a Distance Credentialed Counselor providing in-person counseling as well as distance counseling services via computer and telephone.
HACC’s Gettysburg Campus has more than 2,100 students enrolled for the fall 2009 semester.
