HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College Procurement division is committed to providing support and collaboration to all departments within the college in order to help them with their needs in purchasing of supplies, equipment, goods and services. Our desire is to form new diversified supplier relationships while strengthening existing supplier relationships in order to better serve our students needs. Our objective is to support the HACC community in their purchasing needs to achieve success in the HACC strategic plan.
Our Procurement department is sustained by a responsive and flexible framework which lends a hand with Supplier Development, Negotiating a favorable supply chain solution and to review, suggest, and identify operating efficiencies.
