Have you ever wanted to find more balance in your life? Many of us have on-the-go lifestyles and look outside ourselves to find balance, but as Jack Black's character, Kung Fu Panda learned, the answers are often within ourselves. For generations, people in China have been practicing the ancient art of Qigong to bring balance to their lives. Qigong roughly translates as "energy skill." Join us to experience a short set of exercises for improving both mental and physical balance, as well as strength and flexibility.
