Report A Crime

Report a Crime 

Anyone can report a crime. You can report a crime on a voluntary confidential basis. The Department of Public Safety and Security will promptly investigate the report. Submit your report below. 

 

Report guidelines 

We will include your reported crime in the Department of Public Safety and Security's Annual Security Report statistical disclosures if it: 

  • Meets Clery Act definitions
  • Meets UCR definitions (for Pennsylvania compliance)
We may also include it in the daily crime log. We will not include any information that identifies a victim or reporting party in the disclosures. 
Depending on the nature of the reported crime, HACC may distribute timely warning notices as required by law.
