HOUSE POLICIES
DOORS: The lobby doors open 30 minutes prior to curtain.
LATECOMERS: Guests arriving late will be seated at the discretion of house management and according to the contractual agreements and requirements of the attraction. The Center makes every attempt to begin each performance on time.
CAMERAS, RECORDING EQUIPMENT, CELLULAR PHONES AND PAGERS: All of these must be turned off at all times. Cameras and recording devices may be confiscated at the discretion of house management. Guests who are expecting emergency calls should leave seat location and cell phones or pages with the information booth attendant.
EMERGENCY MESSAGES: Guests who are expecting emergency calls may leave seat locations with the Box Office attendant. Please leave the Box Office number, (717) 231-ROSE (7673), contact them once you arrive and are seated with your seat location, including section, row and seat number with baby sitters and others who may need to reach you. An usher will notify you in the event of an emergency.
COAT CHECK: Coat checks are available. There is no charge for this service and all gratuities are used to support our volunteer program.
LOST AND FOUND: Lost items may be reclaimed at the Box Office following the performance. You may also call (717) 231-ROSE (7673) if you have lost an item.
RESTROOMS: Restrooms are located adjacent to the Theatre just beyond the Box Office. All restrooms are wheelchair-accessible.
SMOKING: The Rose Lehrman Arts Center is entirely smoke free.
CHILDREN: We encourage families to enjoy performances together, but out of consideration for others, we discourage bringing infants to any performance. All persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
PLEASE BE COURTEOUS: During the performance, talking, coughing, rustling of paper, and noise from digital watches and other devices disturb performers and members of the audience. To ensure guests and performers enjoy shows free of distractions, the Rose Lehrman Arts Center reserves the right to ask anyone to leave if his or her behavior is disruptive.
