Timeline

Following is the timeline – which is tentative and subject to change – to implement the new organizational structure:

  • On Friday, March 31, 2012, the task force met to review feedback from the open forums and will recommend an organizational structure based on that feedback.
  • In April 2012, the College’s senior administrators will meet with stakeholders in their respective divisions to further drill down how the recommended organizational structure will be implemented. HACC employees will be contacted by the administrators in their divisions about the dates, times and locations of those meetings. These College leaders are Eleanor Bosserman, Interim Vice President of Finance and College Resources; Linnie S. Carter, Vice President of College Advancement; Lisa Sanford, Acting Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development; Rob Steinmetz, Vice President of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management; Tammy Witkowski, Acting Director of Information Technical Services; and Ron Young, Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs and Enrollment Management.
  • On May 16, 2012, Dr. Ski will present the new organizational structure and a roll-out strategy to the HACC Board of Trustees for approval. At that time, he also will present a workforce realignment plan to the board, also for its approval.
  • If the HACC Board of Trustees approves the new organizational structure at the May 16 meeting, the new organizational plan will be rolled out during the fourth week of May 2012.
