Teaching Technology Services [TTS] is a College-wide resource comprised of several service areas related primarily to academic technology planning, training, and consultation.

The Support Services We Provide

1. Support services for a variety of academic software such as Desire2Learn, Study Mate, Campus Pack, etc. are available through this Web site.
   • Self-directed help resources can be accessed 24x7.
   • Live support is available 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday at 717-780-2570. Outside of these hours support calls are returned within two business days.

Online Resources

Additional training is conducted in real time to all campuses via web conferencing software, or on-demand, on-site training.  Check the TTS Web site schedule to sign up for specific sessions.
