To qualify for an off-site proctor you must meet one of the following conditions:

1. Live or work more than 50 miles from any HACC Campus.

2. Live out of state – (if within 50 miles of the York or Gettysburg campus – must take exams at a HACC campus).

3. Be on active duty out of the country, state, or more then 50 miles from a HACC campus.

4. Live out of the country.

5. Be a Guest Student who is staying at their home college, - (if within 50 miles of a HACC campus – must take exams at a HACC campus).
