I completed science courses. How long do I have to apply them to my health career program?
The accepted time limit for science courses (HACC or transfer) for use in health career program requirements is 7 calendar years from date of clinical start.
Can I get into the clinical portion if I have a criminal background?
If you have a criminal background, you may apply to the clinical portion of a health career program at HACC. You must follow the Prohibitive Offense Procedure (pdf) for Health Career Programs. No student will be admitted with a disqualifying criminal history or child abuse clearance. See your advisor. This form must be completed when a student is applying for clinicals (not before).

How do I verify high school graduation?
All nursing (and most other health career students are required to have high school transcripts (must include graduation date), or GED on file. Download High School Graduation Verification (pdf)
