The refund amount that you are eligible for is determined by and in direct accordance with the regulations set forth by the Pennsylvania State Board of Education. The refund amount is based upon the total cost of the course and the premise that you owe the balance in full, e.g., one-hundred percent refund or fifty percent refund of the total cost of the course.

If you are enrolled in a course which has a start and/or end meeting date, that does not conform to its part-of-term dates (shown below), the registration and refund dates may vary.   If you have questions about non-conforming courses, please contact the Welcome Center at the campus you attend.

Some exceptions to the refund dates noted below may apply in extenuating circumstances in accordance with Administrative Procedure 641, Refund Procedure - Credit and Non-Credit Courses. Inquiries related to reversal of tuition charges may be made at the Campus Welcome Center. Deadlines apply: June 15 of the same year for spring term classes, September 1 of the same year for summer classes, and January 15 for prior fall term classes.
